All raid rules and expectations covered in this section are general expectations, and may be waived by the raid leader / strat caller at their discretion. The raid leader or organizer has the authority and responsibility to set their own expectations, including and not limited to time commitment, tone, proficiency and experience of the team, optional objectives, etc.
We expect you to "do the reading before class." Come into a raid, or other content, with at least a simple understanding of the mechanics and encounters, and the time commitment involved.
If you sign up for a raid, you are expected to be online and ready at the time listed. This includes all equipment, mods, and classes set. The raid should be ready to launch at the time listed.
If you do not know an encounter, speak up BEFORE the pull. Explanations will be offered. If an encounter is being explained, NO ONE except the person explaining will be speaking.
During fights, keep voice chatter to a minimum. The only time you should be speaking during a boss fight is for callouts of mechanics or imminent death. If you die/wipe the run, do not argue about blame.
Accept any advice offered, ask questions if you aren’t sure on something. Arguing about blame serves no purpose.
